How to Refill

First of all, it is important to buy the right ink refill kit for the printer you have. Suit the kit with your ink requirements or printer models. Things you will need beyond the HP printer, HP ink 57cartridge, or HP refill kit such as newspaper, paper towel, toothpick, old shirt, rubber glove, tape, needle or pin.

Then, after all of that equipment is prepared; wear an old shirt and rubber gloves because the refilling ink process can be a dirty chore. So, cover your workspace also with plenty of newspaper for the place for all the HP refill ink kit. Place all of your equipment near you so you can easily reach them .

And third, open your top printer cover for allowing the cartridge come to the center of the printer. Then pull out the old cartridge and secure the latch back in place. If you work with HP Ink 57 Tri-Color Cartridge, remove the sticker on top and stick with a toothpick in each of three vent holes for knowing the color inside. After you know what color it is, cover other two holes that you are not want to refill with some tape.

Then, refill your HP Ink 57 cartridge. Fill each tank with 6mL of the suitable ink and use the new syringe for each new color. Stick the syringes in the hole and insert the ink slowly. Give attention so that the ink not spill over. Clean it using the towel if the ink is spill over.

And last, after you completed the refilling process, put the cartridge back into the printer and close the printer. Run one or more cleaning cycles to make sure every color is printing in appropriate manner .
