Normal mode is balance mode between speed and quality and used for most documents. You can use this setting for print letters, important document file, and other text-focused documents. If your document is include image and need to look as professional as possible, better use Best setting, as for print flyer or greeting card.

The maximum quality of printing will use at most amount of ink in slowest speed. Maximum dpi setting will provide highest quality printing, the most ink saturation, and it is good for printing photos, scrapbook pages, and other document that include full-color image.

Every HP Inkjet Print Cartridge holds the ink in the “reservoir” and split it up into sections. It is a good idea to keep extra of your ink cartridge to avoid any delay when you printing. And replace the cartridge as the manual told.

Inkjet printer has higher cost print per page than the laser. But it provides great quality that cannot be compared with other technology. Therefore, for saving the ink, you can set the printing mode for giving the right amount of ink based on the printed document's purposes.
