How to Change the Cartridge?

First, turn-off the printer and open the printer's top cover. Then, pull up the old cartridge away from the printer. After the cartridge holder is empty, remove the plastic film stripe on the side of the cartridge. If you are not removing this strip, you will get blank page printed. When the toner is spilled out when you remove the strip, clean the cartridge with dry cloth.
And for the forth step, place the new cartridge into the same way as the old one. If it does not slide in easily, please check the series of the cartridge with the printer series to make sure you are using the right HP LaserJet Toner Cartridge.
