Laptops nowadays means as a necessity than for a luxury. The functionality is become the main thing to be looked when we want to buy a laptop. As an example, a designer will look for laptop that compatible for design as for Corel Draw, Macromedia, Photoshop, etc and have higher RAM with high-end supported Graphic Card.
Although it can be denied that when purchasing laptop, we also look and hope about the luxuries in model and technology. Wishing the budget can be along with the price. And when the budget is too much lower or the computer is used for a short time, laptop rental is your brilliance way.
- Software you need to run can play a big role to the laptop rental. When the software you need more specialized, laptop rental has additional charge or agreement. So you need to check it first.
- The condition when you used the rent laptop. For example, when you need to present in front of your client and you have to impress them, the sophisticated and powerful laptop is your option. But when you just need the laptop in ordinary way, the basic laptop is enough to rent.
- What type of connection do you need? Choose the type connection such Ethernet, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth or infrared to connect to internet or other devices . Most laptop equipped with Ethernet. But when you have to work in place which only supported with Wi-Fi or having to connect via Bluetooth to other device, better you choose laptop that supported that type.
- For you the executive, the small portable laptop with 6 – 7 hours battery life time , supported with high durability and connection you have to get is the factor that should be fulfilled. and be sure that the rental price is fit with the business budget.
- Need anything along with your laptop rental like projector or printer? If so, contact the laptop rental agent if they can provide to also rent the peripherals .
- And the last thing is the period you need the laptop rental. For longer periods, the laptop rental agents will charge less than the short period. You need to check to the agent about the compatibility between price and period. Or probably the type of rent a laptop , per use or longer time rental as said before can be your reference.
Laptop rental may be a new method for the market. In some country, this method is not common. But when we take a deeper look, many benefits we can get from laptop rental . But have to be remembered, before sign the contract, make sure you have read the fine print of agreement and you can change the agreement as long it is acceptable. Just in case your trip or project should take longer time than you have expected.
