PC Notebooks Why are They Growing?

What are PC notebooks ? PC stands for Personal Computer which sometimes known as desktop computers too and notebooks can be defined as portable computer (we called it laptop). Then, what is the meaning of PC Notebooks? PC Notebooks are highly portable computer that can run much the same task as PC or desktop computer.

The portability is the difference between PC notebooks and desktop computers. And other aspect that differentiates it is the size of screen. While PC can have the biggest screen that released in market, the notebook computer has limited size. Because the more size the screen, the heavier the notebook will be. And we have to cost more in PC notebooks than desktop computers (in similar specification). This can be defined as the cost of portability.

The increasing number of PC notebooks sales is supported with the mobility factor needs. Sometimes the industry felt that the word laptop can give the wrong acceptance in the way to use the laptop. It is not consider putting the laptop in your lap when you use it. Because the computer can get hot and it is not good for people lap.

The selling of PC Notebooks is kept on growing from 2007 until 2009. And the sales of 10.4� screen are bigger than the 12.4�. This is showing us that the market needs the smaller portable notebook PCs for on the go. Other thing that affect in sale of PC Notebooks is the Operating System. Fact is showing us that Windows still the aim of Operating System because of excess to support many applications .

This affects in the battle Microsoft and Apple. Microsoft is still confident that the PC Notebooks will be dominant in the market than Mac Books which has been released by Apple. The confident of Microsoft can be true if we see that the prices of PC notebooks are cheaper than Mac Books. The cheaper price also included the bigger RAM, memory, hard disk, and other support.

But all of these things are up to markets need . They who want an excellent graphic/display and have more money will be afforded Mac Book than PC notebooks. And if you convenient with Windows and do not want to move, PC Notebooks is always better.

There are many brands or manufacturers in PC notebooks industry. HP, Dell, Toshiba, Sony, Fujitsu, is the top five in this PC notebooks industry. Most of them equipped with Intel processor. The most used Processor nowadays in the markets are Core 2 Duo or Dual Core. Some PC notebooks with lower price come with Celeron or AMD processor.

The decision to bringing the PC notebooks come in your life is based on your needs. The more mobility you need, the more laptop can give benefit to you.
