How small your PC now? Technology has been developed to embed the PC in the monitor like HP Compaq dc 7800 Ultra-slim Desktop PC or HP Touchsmart.

If you claimed your PC is the smallest computer , let's check this out.

#1 – Space Cube

You have to be sure that this is a true PC although it just only has 2x2x2-inch dimension. This smallest computer runs Linux and provides 300MHz processor, 64MB SDRAM memory and 16MB flash hard disk. Not too powerful enough yet, but remember that this is so tiny device .

More great news, this smallest computer also provides VGA output, USB socket, audio jacks, card reader and Ethernet. The price is not too expensive, for about $325. As many tiny gadget charge so much money.

It is the greatest smallest computer. You will get your PC in your pocket now . But unfortunately for US market, it is sold only in Japan.

#2 – Fit PC 2.0

Introduce your smallest computer which can be function as Desktop PC but use less energy in computer mouse sized. Compulab has introduced this Fit-PC2 that has been claimed as smallest computer in the world.

It is sized only 11.5x10.1x2.7-cm, which also means smaller than the DVD/CD-ROM. And it works quietly which is different with the ordinary computer . It provides 1.6GHz Intel Atom Z530, 1GB RAM, Internal bay for 2.5″ SATA HDD or miniSD socket as storage, Intel GMA500 graphic card, Wi-Fi and 6 USB 2.0 ports.

The Intel processor is the reason why this smallest computer is using less energy and difficult to get hot . Do not worries about sound, thissmallest computer also provide High definition 2.0 audio, Line-out, line-in and mic. Windows XP Home SP3 or Linux UBuntu can be run through this smallest computer.

#3 – OQO Model 02

This smallest computer is measured as a little larger than a deck of playing cards. The design is awesome which brings elegancy for Professional Tablet PC. It is similar with the predecessor in design and Windows Operating System, but you will get faster performance and improved keyboard.

You can very easy to fit this small computer in your briefcase, purse or even jacket pocket. It is measured 5.6 x 3.3 x 1 inches and just over a pound. You will get 5-inch widescreen LCD with backlit QWERTY keyboard.

In ordinary computer, we also use mouse or other pointing device to ease our work. This small computer also provide the cursor via small pointing stick which convenient for your right thumb and mouse buttons for your left. But as mentioned above, it is tablet PC . You can also use stylus.

At all, this smallest computer will bring Windows Vista, 1.5GHz processor, 60 GB hard disk capacity, 1 GB memory, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. This smallest computer may not be the best for everyone, especially for those who need power and please to carrying the larger machine.
